First House Hack in Capital Region NY

Hi Everyone,

I am new to real estate and trying to purchase my first multi family to house hack. I have been looking on Zillow, Redfin, and other websites. I have gone out to look at multiple houses but have not had any luck finding the right one yet. Either an area I don’t want to live in and we got beat out in a few deals. Does anyone have suggestions of where else to look or know anyone selling a duplex?
