The tenants in the first building want access to the garages but the tenant in the 2nd building (above car garage) Is concerned about the electricity that would be used since his electric bill is for the entire building.Any ideas on how to handle this?

For those who don't have MLS access, you can try using Realtor.com or Redfin.

You can only write offers within your state and with the areas that you have MLS access.

Does anyone use a QBs hosting site for online access to their records.

It's cool, but just very niche... not accessible to majority of builders or people wanting to buy a home for their family.
