I have never seen where it is not accessible through a library web site, once you set up an account.Or go to the census web site, factfinder.

I should have mentioned I'm already a 50% owner in a Design/Web/Strategy company (been going strong for 16 years with a team of 10 employees) that allows me a lot of deductions already (phone, car, internet access, hardware/software purchases, etc).

This means.. for someone to fill in our forms, they had to wake up, get out of bedturn on their computer.wait for it to loadopen a web browsertype in "The handsomest we buy houses guy in Connecticut"They skim the resultsthey pick the most sexy one of them all (me)They read through the sitethey click on the formand they type their address.The point I am trying to make... yes 100% of the people are motivated when they find me, but in math.. nothing is ever "always" so I am kind and I will say 25 out of the 30. 

So not so easy for smaller spaces.But, having said that, there are probably more local/regional businesses in your area that sell on the web and need warehouse space.

It's easy to get caught in your own web when circumventing transaction facilitators in any forum, real estate or other.

I have been researching how to make my RRSP, LIRA, etc work for me.I have read Shirepoint site that teaches Arms Length RRSP but I would rather loan to myself.After further investigation, I have come across TD's web site where you can do a Non Arms Length mortgage.
