I'm from South Central PA & I attended school in Philly.I have family in Hampton & visit frequently.  

They will pull everything out, mom was sick, baby had to go to the hospital, husband lost his job, had to visit my aunt in Cananda, car broke down.  

You can only fax documents and they have 400 people that are relying on a very bad system the records very little information so you end up talking to different customer support people that can not really help if you need help and that ask you to fax them a print screen of the website if you have a question about a page on the website.

I'm from the NYC metro area and not terribly long ago found this forum on the web.  

Call them or go visit them.

Furthermore, I thought that this would be public information, since I'm only asking for what is freely available on the web already--except I'm asking for a single giant spreadsheet, instead of just a handful of records at a time (on the web, most assessor's allow you to search, but you can only get a few dozen results at at time).However, so far I haven't had any luck with getting this information from the assessor's offices.

They typically use a shorter document (in WI it's currently 9 pages long).
