I value real service animals and respect that they do provide a service, its Just hard to find them with sooo many people scamming the system.

calls.I would rather have some one who is paying slightly less but are respectful and self sufficient than high rents and needy. 

Always respect the broker as they will influence the seller for whom which buyer to award the deal too. $$$ is not the only factor but certainty to close.

Fannie and Fradie restrict loans if a single entity owns more than 20% or 25% respectively unless the developer is actively trying to market units.The developer has a sign outside property marketing units.
