Earth homes used to be popular in the 70's but they rarely build them these days and they can be a pain to resell.If you are looking to purchase this as a personal residence and you plan to do much of the work yourself and you like this type of home, then maybe it will work.

These can be reduced by making sure that you get good tenant.I personally would recommend investing in discounted single family residences.

My wife bought it as her primary residence in 2004. we got married, she moved in w/ me & house was underwater. didn't want to affect her credit & we wanted to buy another house so resorted to renting out. no $ down really hurts but what can you do?
