Hello Everyone

I am a newbie to the real estate world but not new to investing. I started investing in the stock market when I graduated from high school, but never really realized what it meant to let someone else control your investments. I did very well for myself, but that was mainly because of the amount of money I invested. I went through several highs and lows but never really paid my money the attention it deserved. I always thought that those watching my money had my best interests in their decisions. When the market dropped below 6000pts, I realized I let my family and future down because of me not controlling my money myself. When the market turned around and my accounts rose back to the amount as before the crash, I pulled out. In October of 2011 my wife and I decided that real estate was the place to be. We have now 5 homes and are still growing. We have homes in high, middle, and low income areas. We have made some great investments and learned from our mistakes. We are on track to purchase 3 more homes by the end of the year. I really hope to get knowledge and form friendships in the real estate world.
