If you build a good relationship with the realtor then they will most likely bring deals to you.

Hi,I am looking for suggested reading material that will give me a better understanding of how to use my abilities as a realtor to either connect with a developer, or undertake my own development operation.

So I've decided to work with realtors in getting expired listings and send out yellow letters and contacting all the wholesalers I know and asking for the leads they throw out.

My question is basic to most real estate, but I don't know the answer.If they've got it listed with a realtor, can I walk in my friends' house, present my offer, produce a contract, and be legal in it?

When I am looking for a house I always ask my realtor what they think needs to be fixed before it can be rented :)I also look at the surrounding neighborhood houses (if possible) to see if I have missed anything.Test: When you think it is ready, put it on the market and take note of your potential tenants feedback.
