They have been trying to get them to remove the animal through a more civil manner, but I was wondering if they do not ultimately comply with removing the animal, could they possibly evict him, and if so, what routes would you guys take in issuing a notice of compliance, etc.?

If the state doesn't force you to carry them over and the lease doesn't force you to carry them over, then you can start the eviction process if you want.

Most contractors I would think are willing to give advice and talk your ear off.This is my thinking:I would like to find a PM company that would use their contractors to get my property "renter ready" in a timely manner, have renters immediately move in, then manage it for me.

I always go to a kitchen cabinet store...the ones that carry cabinets from China that they build onsite they all have bathroom vanities.For a 60" with Quartz or Granite including bowl id say your around $1100 materials not including faucet or install or taxI doubt Home Depot or Lowes is any cheaper unless your gonna use laminate top
