Moving into a flip is going to slow down the process and thus raise carrying costs.

I did not want to simply rely on one source so I figured there are people here that would be up-to-date if such a manner was so as well. 

While the home needs to be paid for prior to delivery in many cases, the transport companies carry the insurance from the factory to the site.

I'm sure over time more laws will be created to force the government to give that information in a more timely manner but for now they often obstruct the public by withholding it for a time.

I would have been fine working out a way to get it repaired had he come to us in any kind of civil or proper manner.
