Hello All,

My name is Brian and I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the Capitol Region,  upstate NY. I am looking for a mentor who is willing to take the time and have patience to teach a newbie the ins and outs of real estae investing.  Unfortunately there are only so many books you can read and I learn from doing. I work a full time job and I am trying to get into real estate and investing.  I  need someone with patience because I don't know WHAT questions to ask. I would like to focus on flipping houses. I am looking for a long term relationship where we both can learn from each other. I have been working since I was 13 years old and I am willing to put the time and effort into real estate. If you have patience to deal with a newbie and would like to take on a new recruit please email me. If you are not interested please let me know if you know someone else who is and I will contact them. PLEASE HELP. Thank you in advance for even reading this post
