Anyone else having problems with the BP iPhone app?

One way that I am working through is using sales transactions downloaded from the county auditor's site.

Account Closed so do you recommend the normal downloadable version rather than the online version for a basic buy and hold portfolio managed by PMs?

I included a snip below, for your reference.If you want to save/bookmark particular podcasts, I'd highly recommend utilizing youtube, as you can easily save favorites to your own account for later viewings, but you can also download podcasts straight from BiggerPockets!   

@Gaemer Gutierrez some do, some don’t, and some do it but inconsistently.The ones I’ve worked with have generally either included them automatically with monthly reports, or uploaded them to their management portal where you can access/download them as needed.I don’t think it’s unreasonable for you to ask to get (or be able to access) copies of the vendor invoices either on an ad hoc basis or ongoing.

Upon completion all parties get an email with a completion certificate and download of lease.
