'Following'

When selecting 'following' a discussion. If I find a conversation with good information and I want to reference it later, How do I bookmark or save the conversation for later? If I click 'following', is there a list of my followed convo's some where? Do I only get emailed with new responses? Is there a way to save podcasts, forums, convo's for later reference under my account/profile?
