Making sure contracts are state legal

I downloaded a bunch of contracts from a website that are supposed to be very good. I may even edit those with stuff in other books I've read. After all of that, how can I make sure that everything is ok with all of the different contracts that I have to edit?
It sure seems expensive for the new investor to get started with having different contracts for subject to, purchase, lease, lease option, lease purchase, wraps, etc. I can't afford to have an attorney look over tons of contracts, but I want to be prepared for every possible route to take with a seller.

So how can I know that my contracts are ok, or at least will work in the state that I'm in? Will a title company look over them?
