First, South Lake Tahoe was all over the news in Northern California for its campaign to shut down short term rentals and now, I just read San Diego just voted to limit short-term rentals to primary residences only!

Yes, the gearing-up for "battle" is at hand, is a volatile battle to say the least, and there is going to be efforts to make what plays at hand to drive votes, right.

When the neighbors were voting for things like increased population density and affordable housing, they meant having ADUs added to your neighborhood, not their neighborhood...

I hate to see people suffer, but I also believe that people deserve what they vote for...

Board president gave others a quarter of a million dollars the day before being voted out...and it was legal of her to do so.  78 unit building now on the hook for over $3k each plus years of deferred maintenance.
