I'm also looking in Angie's List and other search sites, but I figured the folks in BP have first hand experience with GC's that they have worked with who are reliable and had little or no issues dealing with.I'm looking at gutting a single family home (3/1 1500sqft) to its structural frame and renovating it to a 4/2 or even expanding it to a second door unit to make it into a duplex.Thank you for any recommendations!

I'm wanting to expand my portfolio and a line of credit would be a great way for me to make quick moves.

They all have high yield savings accounts (High yielding for a savings account) with online access and some of them have no monthly fees or better yet you can just open an account with a good credit union in your area and develop a relationship with them which may help when you want to expand your operation and get loans or refis.  

I want to expand this portfolio, but haven't really done a true investment deal yet, so looking to talk it through with more seasoned folks.   

I personally wouldn’t expand comps to a 3mi radius but perhaps that’s what is necessary if the home is unique.

Based on experience, is there anyone who would like to expand, or make some new additions?
