SBLOC LINE OF CREDIT

Good evening. I was curious if anyone has used SBLOC's in BRRRR investing and how it worked out for you. I was just approved for half a million dollar line of credit through the Goldman Sachs select program. What creative ways would you use this line of credit to your advantage and is this a good strategy? The interest rate is 5 percent and the program requires you pay interest only. Tips and suggestions please😊
