I seem to run in to same issue with being marketed to for funding, but since I am:Canadian, do not have Social Security Number as I am not American, but I do have ITIN # and 3 entities in the USA, 2 in OH and 1 in FL. 

It's also 85% African American, so why would the mainstream give it any positive attention besides the biased approach of not wanting it to look bad, because it is a representative of the state.
