Non Americans investing in us living abroad!

Hi Esteban Pau. I live in the US, but I work with international investors buying here all the time. There are great ways for internationals to buy safely here, but I've seen a lot get screwed because of the teams they joined on with here who just don't take care of the properties, and therefore their returns. I'd be glad to send you in the direction in some of what I consider to be the best/safest companies to work with if you want to check out properties. Entity and tax structuring is key too for any international buying here, I have resources I can send you to for that as well.
