Hi,I'm new to financing and we received a 100 page file for our final DSCR loan process to sign with a notary.Should I review these with a lawyer to make sure we're not missing something we aren't aware of?

Maybe.I can't say for MA because I'm not licensed there, but generally you have to read what the letters say. 

It’s been a few months now and I’m constantly telling my tenants that I didn’t receive payment.

I'm not a lawyer but I don't see any justification for filing a lis pendens and clouding title as someone recommended above. 

I'm going to let them know this week that I don't plan on renewing lease.

But yeah I’m sure that is what most people go through when it comes to being new lol. 

As it is, I'm seeing one bedroom rentals hitting 55k to 60k gross in decent areas which is about 20% above what they were getting precovid.
