On the minus side the dollar is rising in value, stock market has jitters, China's recession is a wild card, the Middle East is still a sh!

If I see a lot of pictures of wild, drunken-looking behavior in groups, they lose points.After having so many 20-somethings, I do find myself craving some 50-somethings.

(Don't get too wild with this idea for a house!)

Hey gang ~ I'm still looking for good, solid ways to establish a value on a property without spending $300-$400 on an appraisal (which I've found to be as wildly inaccurate as Zillow's zestimates or eppraisal or any of the other online valuation sites!!).

A wild idea of mine is to target the potential guest directly to compensate the bookings from major sites.  

A house like this has zero curb appeal or charm, and color is the easiest and cheapest way to give it some personality.I'm very aware different locales have wildly different attitudes and characters, have been to Nawlins many times, and as I wrote, not suggesting replicating the wildest of color schemes found in the Quarter, but as an example of how completely transforming a bit of color can be for a tiny house.Here are a few more examples, some from the Quarter.
