I sat in on a few Kiyosaki webinars and I intend on checking out his books in the next month or so.I'd love to start pursuing sooner rather than later.

I have been sponging on pod casts, webinars as able and reading previous forum posts in to try avoid asking the same ol newbie questions. :) Ive read a few beginner rei type books, and am aiming to narrow my focus from the general reading to more targeted focus of individual methods for getting in the game.  

Kyle,  I was just watching an archived BP webinar last night where Brandon Turner was talking about some sneaky offer techniques. 

I am ready to dive into real estate, watched several of the bigger pockets webinars, listened to the podcasts and read several books.

Is there any specific books, webinars, Youtube tutorials etc.

Can I watch the webinar in the phone using the BP app or any other resource?

I do not have any background or knowledge in real estate besides the few articles I have read here and there and of course the “Guru” limited information webinars/podcast/YouTubes.

I'm new to the game and have been absorbing multiple books/webinars/podcasts, but I haven't seen anything yet about how to pick a place to invest in.

I never thought about buying for appreciation until I listened to the recent Webinar from RWN.
