The trading platform is in BTC and I now own more of it than I ever thought I would.

However, is anyone aware of a simpler, less expensive option that would allow me to manage a schedule and a budget on the same platform?  I

@Ishmael Johnson, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend any platform I was not familiar with.

@Brenden Mitchum the platform is great and the transition was smooth, but a lot of times the features just don’t work.

I signed up for a trial with Xero and my initial impression is that that it seems nice, but it's a totally new platform I would need to learn and I would need to adapt all the Quick Books tricks you kind folks have taught me to their system.

It's going to be very location specific and require some due diligence before you sign up a property.I would also say having an end goal of running a 'hands off' web based platform is great but how will you get there?

You could use AirBNB but if you can work it outside of that platform, I would do that.
