Construction management software
Hi All. I have a few rentals now, but will be looking to BRRRR, Flip and build New Construction over the next several years. I have looked into BuilderTrend and CoConstruct and like what I see. However, is anyone aware of a simpler, less expensive option that would allow me to manage a schedule and a budget on the same platform? I have found spreadsheets that are good for budget and management software good for scheduling but these are the only two that seem to have them together, but they are $300 a month.
Thanks in advance for the help!
