Charles Kimber
Posted

What platform are you guys using that are having the best results generating leads? I have tried Facebook marketing and a few other platforms but no luck so far. Set schedule contacted me yesterday but after reading the reviews I rather not set myself up like that. I'm open to any suggestions thank you kindly.

@Charles Kimber, you're probably already aware, however, for the agents who are not; any lead that comes from Zillow, Realtor.com, Ylopo, CINC, Facebook, etc., takes serious nurturing to convert. Agents who complain about lead-generating services most likely don't know how to move the prospect through the sales funnel. Make sure you have your scripts down and know what to ask. At the end of the day, you have to add VALUE to the prospect. Vague text messages such as, "Hey! - just touching base" are not going to suffice. I've used Realtor.com in the past, but the majority of my business comes from past clients, referrals, and BP. I'm thinking about getting a YouTube channel up and running but that strategy is a long-term prospecting plan. Let me know if you come across anything interesting.
