Thats why iBuyers are gaining so much traction because of the greed factor and many sellers do not want to deal with it.

I recommend having at least 1,000-1,500 names to get good enough traction.

Hey @Bobby Shell -I haven't invested myself, but it seems to be gaining traction or at least interest.

The first channel is for the tenants to connect their own devices to. 

There are electronic devices that alert for high decibel readings, but don't record voices. 

If I get no traction today, I can guarantee I will edit some more and try again in the near future.

I think I called/emailed about 10 banks today and I have had a hard time getting traction.

I have currently been looking at the MacBook Air for its light weight and ecosystem with my other Apple devices.
