that will come back to bite your head off, guaranteed :)  nothing is more irritating in the business than dealing with liars, deadbeats and tire kickers.  

Odds are I'm only going to get a couple chance to show the house before the home owner starts getting curious/irritated because they obviously don't want the process to feel as if they have their house lsited on MLS with potential buyers in and out all the time. 

Are you trying to FSBO this house and are irritated with getting calls from agents wanting to list it? 

The ones That are constantly complaining about anything:The rent is too high (but never move out)There is a toxic mold in my house.
