Tourists love to visit and the ultra wealthy will be the last standing that own property.

The town of South Lake Tahoe has banned them except in "tourist core" areas.

It also will reroute all of the tourists who travel to Disney using I-95.

Another twist will be to have a mix of long term rentals away from the tourist attractions and vacation rentals close to the beaches.I am looking for advise, tools, samples, insights on how to best create a business plan and identify the best tools (software/apps) for the establishment of this new company.

The owners' dad, like many in the area, had converted the family farm land four tourist use in the 70's or 80's.  

I suppose you could try to make it some sort of tourist destination.

Already there are loads of tourist buses pouring in to visit the many murals, "authentic" Mexican cuisine, etc.  

I feel like a tourist based economy would have a strong need for rental units and therefore stable tenant volume, but could deb very wrong.  

Tourist are great for business.
