Seems almost all the advice I get is "take the money and buy more, stay leveraged that is the only way to make huge money"I agree spending time focusing on managing current assets and not so much on acquisitions would do me well for a while!

The brand new affordable housing is state of the art and high design, high efficiency (5 star + with storage, etc).Oddly, to me the vinyl siding condos (built 1997) are the less attractive feature of the hillside--not the affordable housing (which is pretty stunning).

West Midtown as a whole submarket also presents unparalleled opportunity near the new Georgia Dome development, but those opportunities are harder to come by.
