For sub 100k properties, would you invest in any of these cities?
If you have up to $100k for a cash purchase, would you buy in any of the following: Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, and Tampa? If so, which neighborhood? Or does that price point only get you a dump in the worst areas?

I would suggest to always look in your local area first. There are deals to be had in jacksonville and it's much easier to drive across town to deal with a tenant, than be a few hours away.
