Hi, I live in Charlotte, NC and I am brand new to house hacking and real estate I have 4 rooms in my house to collect rent from and I am looking for the best software/way to collect rent/manage the property.

Does anyone know of a particular brand where I can have access to the cameras as well as give my tenants access?

As Sean said....if the academy isn't for you, just the podcasts alone are incredible (my words)I've read through every wholesaling post on BP, and aside from a handful of quality discussions that are very very good, most of the 105 pages can't touch the material that Sean provides for free in his podcasts.As someone who's starting brand new, I felt that getting either a home study course like Eric M's, or joining a coaching program would be a perfect compliment to all the information from the interwebz.

I'm brand new in my journey to build something great.

The new finishes will receive wear and tear from a tenant you already have and won't appear as nice as they  would if brand new to maximize rent increase at turnover.
