I invest in real estate as well as the people connected to it.Regarding real estate, I invest in distressed and often 'abandoned' 1-4 family residential property.Regarding people, I invest in inner city youth and have been mentoring them for the past 15 years.I believe in taking a somewhat holistic approach to investing and believe that people, and not just property, must be a part of the equation in order for true 'revitalization' to take place.
