Hi everyone!

My name is Ben Sylvester. I am a student at the University of Vermont graduating in May 2021. I have done some initial research into real estate investing and the House Hacking strategy has really caught my attention. I would really love to connect with individuals in the Northeast who are in similar positions or who have had similar experiences.

Please reach out if you have any advice or just want to connect.

Welcome to BP Ben! My roommate and I are interested in taking a similar path. We think it's a great opportunity to cut the expenses and are looking at creative ways to finance.

We have joined some groups in Boston, and have been trying to attend meetings where we can as well as reading everything in sight. I would love to connect and potentially discuss. Feel free to PM me!
