Is Wholesaling Really That Simple???
29 November 2012 | 33 replies
Being consistent and implementing a sound plan is what drives success long term. You can get lucky from time to time but running a full time business performing on all cylinders effectively and efficiently takes planning, thought, and dedication.Do not look for instant gratification but stick to a plan if the numbers show it is working and grow at a controlled risk rate where odds of success are high but failure is lower.I think when wholesaling included these other strategies (assignment, double close) then it was easy for most to start up with little to no money.
