You would have thought that someone who is this sensitive might have picked up on the problem when they first saw the place. 

The service is very sensitive on transfers right before sale.The second issue even more murky is that the escrow company closing and the buyer must be comfortable that FIRPTA is indeed not applicable because the property is owned by a domestic entity.  

Home owners and property investors have a heightened sense of urgency when it comes to safeguarding their properties, so I can understand the looks of shock and horror I receive when I urgently implore:  Do NOT shovel your roof!!

Love this topic, I know I'm very sensitive about it because it limited me for years.  

Part of being a good employee is knowing when to be sensitive to issues you have no control of or responsibility for.. any questions just say I'd think you could talk with the owner or management. 

@Daniel Hanson you are right - you have to be very sensitive to that.

If you use HM then your your most sensitive factors will become more sensitive.

If they are that sensitive, good luck with your inspections.
