Hello PB Community!

I have found a few small multi-family properties in Central Florida (2-4 units) that I'm ready to offer on.  Can anyone recommend a good lender and/or mortgage professional that has experience in working with investors buying small multi-families in Florida?

Thanks!

Sam

Samantha - that depends on what kind of lending you are looking for.  If it's traditional lenders/banks (meaning normal downpayment, W2 income to show, etc) then anyone from the local credit union to quicken loans can be a good option.  If private financing, Lima One is decent from what I hear.
