I bought a piece of property that ended up having five brothers that had to sign off on it they wanted nothing to do with the house so they signed quitclaim deeds (notarized) and one brother who signed over a grant deed.

Every 5 years there will be a legitimate strategy that gets promoted as the newest "Get rich tomorrow" BS that gets overhyped by the sharks. 

I would just say be ready for some ups and downs all the way until closing because there's a lot of moving pieces until you finally get clear to close. 

The money spent was worth the time, tools, and experience to have piece of mind.

A while back I sent out 5,000 pieces at $1 a piece and got zero phone calls.

Piece of cake.

@Laura Ozols  Im considering the Hero loan only because I intend to pay off the balance in full before the 18 month promotional period expires.
