Visiting professors apparently can be good tenants for MTRs.

We warned him, but  he was a PHD economics professor and only chose to see the upside.

That being said; I did recently help my finance-major son to make his professor look like an idiot for creating a graded assignment to "produce the greatest return on $500K invested in the stock market in a 90 day period" for a class.

The courses are online and self-paced and if you have questions there is a contact number for the professor to be reached.

I know all the professors.  

My (i think) mechanical engineering professor (we had to take core courses in all different engineering disciplines even though I concentrated in electrical) told us a story about how ucla at the time had a program where medical students were able to take and get credit for some engineering classes.  

Took 6 weeks off to travel the country; met with a real estate professor and developer friend of mine to discuss my plans, and in September 2000 “opened for business”.
