Good afternoon!

Just looking to sharpen my skills for commercial multi family. I am knowledgable with small multi family but I am just looking for guidance in terms of properly assessing/ underwriting commercial multi family deals (value add)

Currently I am located in NY but a remote investor in Columbus & Cleveland. If anyone can point me in the right direction, would appreciate it deeply! As always if there is anyway I can add value to you please let me know, lets all grow!

Hi James, check out Michael Blank's Syndicated Deal Analyzer. The xls comes with a short video series on how to quickly underwrite deals and will help you get started for sure. It is used by many syndicators, so that helps when everyone talks the same language. Good luck!
