Gary, I have a unique way of structuring lease options/owner financing.In the past, I simply have my buyer sign off on a quitclaim deed and hold it in escrow at a title company.

In the distant past, I have bought mobiles dirt cheap, in established Mobile Home Parks.

Another platform that I've looked at in the past is call fire, its a more business ready call platform than google voice, but I'm cheap and google voice is free.
