Moisture/drips coming from above, but through a poorly mounted or failing faucet will travel along to the p trap, making you think the pop up drain or p trap is leaking, when it's not.

I'm familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Variable Air Volume (VAV) dampers that moderate the air volume in each space with multi-speed (actually VFD) motors for the blowers and dampers that are solenoid controlled, but the systems I'm familiar with are way too expensive for the average home.

All,It seems like only yesterday, I was posting about our $5K snow removal costs for Winter 2013-2014.Yesterday was our first encounter with Winter 2014-2015, leaving us with ~6" of very we snow ... schools are closed, most folks were caught w/o their winter tyres mounted (I put a set on one of our vehicles on Saturday evening, but have yet to do the other).
