I've acquired BP's Pro membership and it is life-changing. 

The cost of membership is participation (answering questions if you can, sharing reviews, interacting, and/or coming to meetups whether free or paid)Wisconsin Contractor & Handyman Club is the group for those that don't want to participate in discussion, share with others or give reviews and are solely looking for contractors. 

You could use Loopnet, which is owned by CoStar, but that way you won't have to pay the membership dues.

Membership allows one the use of the name Realtor and the Realtor trademark.  

im about to start a 3 day free trial and i will be charged $60 per month afterwards, i think our daily limit is 15k or 20k addresses per day. so i dont think we will ever have this problem, simple small communication ...

The first Monday of every month there is a FREE meeting at the Rutherford County subgroup.Like Justin says, it's the best $149 yearly membership you'll ever spend on yourself.The other REIN meetings are $25 each I believe.

It's a real estate pep rally and they definitely push their own product hard, but I wouldn't call it a scam - no more than I would call P90X or a membership to Gold's Gym a scam. 

I think I'll join both, even though some of their membership overlaps.

As soon as I'm licensed I plan to sign up for my pro membership to start evaluating deals using the BiggerPockets calculator!
