If you are looking to build a construction company, then you'll at least need a gc license and most gc's do not have any other trade licences.

@Alex Kehaya i think my long term strategy is to get my licence so i can just put in my offers and offer the 6% to the selling agent.

Do i have to pursue in my automotive field and do full time job or do i have to start work in firm as a real estate agent after i get my licence, so i can start my real estate journey.
