Hey everyone, my name is Averie and im a Newbie to real estate. I have been educating myself nonstop for the past  month on gearing towards real estate. HOWEVER, i am confused on where to start and which player i am in Real estate. If i am trying to flip contracts then someone please explain to me the title for that. And Also where do i begin with my sellers? I have my scripts, contracts, and leads. Im just at a road block because i simply do not know where to begin. For example: if a property is not listed but wants to be sold by the owner or real estate agent(can i even flip my contract if a real estate agent is involved? ) Can i step in and provide my due diligence, come to an agreement on contract terms and then fetch my buyer and see if they want my property before my contract is ready or after??? omg its like ive been receiving so much information my wires are crossing =( Please BP community, help meeeeee
