Once 1/1 rolls around, we are all laser focused on tax compliance.

The strategy is branded under different name like infinite banking, bank on yourself, be your own bank, the LASER fund, ...Some are promoting the use of Whole Life Insurance, some the use of Universal Index Life Insurance.

I'd say stereotypically what you'd expect to find outside a military base: strip club, tattoo parlor, liquor store, used cars. :) Then you also have to contend with jet noise in Hampton Roads.

My tattoo artist makes more than $90/hr, so does my electrician, plumber, diesel mechanic, etc. lol Part of this $10,000 was a per diem tax free stipend which is based on GSA per diem allowance and varies by zip code and season. 

Each person in the community does "make their own luck" and there are people doing way more than I am and making way more than me and also many who haven't found their footing yet or are just doing a deal or two and some maybe more laser focused on one thing than our business is.

I’ve found that people have the best success when they have laser focus on one area.

IP addresses are not referenced by phone number or zip code, IP addresses are linked to where ever the device is located, which can be anywhere.By targeting a person IP you will be able to make laser focused messages to those specific IP addresses and it's cheaper than other marketing forms. due to this laser-focused targeting you will find that your campaign will have very high response rate.
