If you're getting more will they be close enough to each other to use the same cleaner or not.

I had no malicious intent I just thought I could get cleaners and maintenance guys, 1099 them and not have to worry about all of the administrative fees and payroll... boy was I wrong. 

Those are the markets that are going to make you the most money, least headaches with local jurisdictions, easier to find cleaners, handymen, etc..

Schedule interviews with cleaners that first week, schedule someone to come in and take pics near the end of your time there so you can have it all ready.    

Just having a power team of cleaners, handyman, electrician, plumber, etc should cover your needs.

I'm struggling with the same issue right now for my portfolio where my cleaners are basically resigning in November citing lack of help and the travel distance with gas prices on the rise...

Also good cleaners are incredibly valuable because they kind of double as a short term rental property manager.

or might there be a better / cleaner way to do this?
