It sounds like you have a solid system with clear communication on extensions and vacancy openings.

It's an investment into the property, and if/when they move out or even if they're there you can now add a traditional dryer to the property and collect additional rent.

If I wanted to get more involved and spend more time on investing (like if I was 20 years or more younger) I would make extensive use of options.
