I would still encourage you to keep your debt level low even when using a cash out refinance.

I'd encourage you to just work through airbnb and vrbo to start as well.

They highly encourage you to become educated in the topics yourself, rather than strictly relying on the CPA, which I like a lot.Youll get referred to a CPA that they themselves have trained, and the firm we got referred to is great.I'll be honest though, it took me about a year to pull the trigger on this due to the cost, but I am kicking myself for waiting that long, as my first years tax savings will be much more than the price I paid.

It may be tough to find a property manager, and I would expect that you'll have a few additional fees when it comes to the rent by room strategy.I'd encourage you to think about managing the property yourself when living there as the landlord, and would be happy to share some of the do's and don't's that I ran into self managing a few house hack properties. 

We encourage all members to file extensions for their personal tax returns, because we just don't know when each joint LLC will receive K1s.
