I've Narrowed down my search for LTR investment properties to 3 markets in the midwest. st. Louis, kansas city, columbus. I'd like some reviews on property management companies in these cities as that will be a big deciding factor for me since I will be an out of state investor and this will be my first investment! Thank you for any feedback!

I don't have any recommendations for you in those cities however I know that BP just launched a "find a Property Manager" tab in their Build a Team section. That may help you find a good one.
