This way they give you the best amount of work for the best price on labor with no discrepancies.

That is a large discrepancy. 

If you find discrepancies in any of the financials, or anything "missing", do not waste your time calling and nagging about it...send a letter, or at least an email (no texts!)

I don't have access to Realtor information, but a Realtor should be able to confirm that kind of discrepancy.

Regardless, if I were considering an investment and saw such a discrepancy I would be very unlikely to rely on anything provided by the seller.

The reason for this discrepancy is that when the water line was put in place in the 1960s, the property owner then didn't cede a (~14 foot) right of way to TXDOT -- which means that the property line actually juts out into the road, relative to the lots immediately north and south of our lot (who did cede a right of way to TXDOT).We'd like the local water supply company to pay for relocating the water line, and while they acknowledge the water line isn't where it should be, they claim a prescriptive easement indicates they have no responsibility to move it or pay to relocate it.We've had an initial call with the local water supply and while they will let us address their board next week, at first pass, will not consider participating in paying for relocation.Other than: call a RE attorney (which I already have) --- has anyone succesfully dealt withs such an issue?

They also show recent credit inquiries and their date; multiple prior addresses and "also known as" names; recent employment may be shown; birth date or date SS# established; consumer requested account freezes; consumer disputes a particular issue; discrepancies between recent address provided by our applicant and their last reported; and probably a couple other elements that do not come to mind right now.'
